Cancellation policy

At House of Coconut & Co., we want to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
This includes:

  • Changing items

  • Changing delivery details

  • Switching payment methods

  • Adding or removing products

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, which means cancellations are not guaranteed.


2. Pre-Order & Back-in-Stock Orders

For all Pre-Order or Notify-Me/Back-in-Stock purchases:

  • These orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Processing and arrival times will always be stated on the product page.

  • Delays caused by suppliers or couriers will be communicated, but do not qualify for cancellation.


3. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us within 1 hour at info@houseofcoconutco.com
If the order has not been processed yet, we will assist where possible.
If the order has already moved to processing or dispatch, cancellation will not be possible.


4. Failed Payments / Abandoned Checkouts

If a payment fails or a checkout is not completed:

  • The order will not be processed.

  • No cancellation is needed.


5. Incorrect Address Provided

House of Coconut & Co. is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.


6. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery:

  • The parcel will be returned to us.

  • A handling and return fee will be charged before the order can be reshipped.

  • Refunds are not issued for refused deliveries.


7. Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery items are final sale.
No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are offered on:

  • Earrings

  • Necklaces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Launch-week offers

  • Items bought with discount codes


8. Brand Protection

House of Coconut & Co. reserves the right to:

  • Decline excessive cancellation requests

  • Flag or block accounts that repeatedly misuse purchase options

  • Refuse suspicious or fraudulent orders

This ensures the safety and fairness of the shopping environment for all customers
